The final developed version of my building:
I have added common playground in the empty space underneath the building also added disability lift and toilets to each apartment, there is also a common garden on the top of the building with a common balcony with some seating arrangements. the building has been placed in a way so most of the balconies get the view of rangitoto and can wetness the Matariki.
Plans and sections:
the section show the dustbin shoot in the centre and also shows how the common playground could be used. Followed by ground, 1st, 4th and roof plans. they all show how the dustbin is located in the middle of tow apartments and also how it can be redesigned to for accommodating more larger families.
